The Captain seems to spend a lot of time voyaging! Agree about the bird! You know? At first, I thought they were marbles but looking closer at them, they could be grapes, cherries . . . even cherry tomatoes (but who would snack on those, lol) that fell from that little bowl on the stool. I checked Nolin's Facebook page around the date the painting was finished (06/30/2017) and her website and she doesn't mention anything specific about the painting. I vote for grapes! lol

Looks like the Captain is off to sea again. Love the cats and the reflection of the opposite side of the room. What do you think is falling on the floor? The bird doesn't seem concerned about the cats. Lovely.
