@patsquire ..... so glad to hear you came through the covid event no worse for wear! It's scary stuff and lots of folks aren't that luck unfortunately. Yea....the avatar/icon is a shot from the movie "Harold and Maude"....and that's Bud Cort next to Ms. Pickles. She's great in that movie! :-)
Take care of yourself out there....I think there's some sort of quote that goes: "You don't want to be the last one killed in a war"......and with the vaccine armistice on the horizon, it's more important now than ever to be overly cautious. :-)
Hi Rand. I don't know if I ever told you I finally found out who's in your picture with you. It's Vivian Pickles, British actress, but you probably already knew that.
On a different note entirely I've had a bout with the coronavirus, which I won easily. As of today I am officially no longer contagious and am able to resume my life. I had a couple of days with the sniffles, nothing worse. Now I should be immune for several months. The V.A. will be giving me the vaccine in a week or two, which I will gladly take. So all's well in Tennessee. I hope the same for you.
Irene.....thank you so much for doing that. That's sweet. I hope she (and you two!) are doing well. Still fighting the fire smoke up here....but the actual fire risk has reduced somewhat. thanks again!
I noticed you have been missing from jigidi for a few days Rand. If I remember correctly you are in the fire region, I hope you are safe and not fighting fires.
