Lol! I remember trying to sleep, hearing the grown-ups having fun in the livingroom, picturing them doing something really fun like swinging on a trapeze or having built a little rollercoaster and riding it, finally succumbing to the pull of curiosity, and sneaking out of bed to peek around the corner....and finding them all just sitting and talking and drinking coffee. Shocking! Grownups were so weird. How could that possible be anything but boring?! And there they were, laughing and smiling and thinking it was fun!
