I'm not a fan of graffiti (although I have to admit that some of it is well done), but if you are accurately modeling a railroad on your layout, you have to add this "feature". They even sell graffiti decals!
I have noticed that these paint scum, seem to not cover over the reporting marks. Other than that, they are slightly lower than pond scum. Thanks, RickAgain.
