"This free-blown ribbon flask is made of amber-colored and white glass. Its bulbous body rests on a flattened base. The neck of the flask tampers towards the flaring mouth. This flask is in fair condition. The inside is slightly iridescent. The flask was reassembled and fills have been added on the body and the neck."

Beautiful shimmering- golden - copper flask, difficult to imagine how it remained unbroken over the centuries, also amazing that they can be dated.

This looks like 'glassified' honey, so translucent and smooth - really wonderful. There is a museum in Munich with several such flasks - and other remnants of Roman times - that I liked very much and visited often. Thanks for the reminder!
