You were a wild child, carolrobinson! I feel sorry for folks who don't understand and appreciate the joys of doing jigsaw puzzles. I, too, really like doing them on Jigidi - my cat doesn't knock the pieces off the card table that way!

My Mom and G-Grandma would work a puzzle. When they finished, they left it up for my brother and I to tear out the corners and then put the pieces back. Pretty soon, I would be by their side when they were about finished and then snag the last piece, which would make Grandma mad. So she just snagged the last piece before I could. My Great Grandma lived into her late 80's and kept working puzzles. The last couple years, she had to have the "Jr. puzzles" because the pieces were bigger! I am now 80 (where did the time go) and I work mine on Jigidi. I like the small piece puzzles and the large ones too. I thank all of you who put puzzles up on Jigidi for us long time puzzle workers!

You figured it out, carolrobinson! I started with the black squares on a downward diagonal! It's a tough call which square is my favorite! My father-in-law used to make jigsaw puzzles out of Currier and Ives calendar pictures glued onto balsa wood. He'd cut them out and during WWII he rented the puzzles out for a week at a nickel! I still have some he made for me when I ran a nursery school and he used children's books for the pictures. So, I'm with you in my love of jigsaw puzzles! :-)

Had a lot of fun with this one. I decided to assemble all the black ones and Lo!, they all connected somehow. So I did the edges and then filled in. Thanks much for posting this. My favorite piece was the left edge blue piece with multi colored hearts! I am a slow puzzle worker, but then I have always been slow even with jigsaw puzzles. I leaned to play jigsaw puzzles when I was three years old, with my Mom and Great-Grandmother. They are gone now and I miss them both. I am greatful for the Jigidi program and all of you designers of the puzzles!

I'd say 15:21 wasn't too shabby at all, sue1. The old eyes do get to be a bit of a drag sometimes - especially for me when it comes to night driving - so I stay home and play on Jigidi!!

I enjoyed this in a couple of sizes. There were enough different colors that these old eyes were able to sort them out. 15:21 wasn't too far off the board, TeeHee Have a nice week.
