"Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin - with extra fillings. I shoved in the hash brown too as it belongs in the muffin."

"I live in Canada and they don't pre-make sandwiches here. I remember in Europe they have heat lamps slides that they just pre-make the popular sandwiches and fill the slide and it's nasty if they sit for like 5 minutes. Here in Canada they cook the patties and hold them in a heat drawer, but they build every sandwich to order. So breakfast they'll have the egg and sausage rounds cooked and kept warm but they'll toast and build it after you order."
