Why are you reporting this puzzle?

The New Jersey Transit River Line in the haze of summer. During the day those signals rarely change as freight only moves at night on this line (as far as I know). The spur on the right veers off to a private company that regularly has TBOX's parked next to it. About 3 miles south of this location is Pavonia Yard, formerly a Conrail hub.

Fantastic! I feel the smoke of the train, yes, there should be a train there. But that's quite impossible, as trains pass only at night. That makes it even more challenging. In fact, there IS a train on the track, only at a different time coordinate. Puzzle solved!
