Why are you reporting this puzzle?

I had the recipe and the fresh blueberries but not the pan to make proper Swedish pancakes. Using an omelette pan resulted in very thin, fragile crepe-style pancakes, delicious but not the little ones that Findus likes. I'll be buying a cast iron pan soon.

Mimie, flipping them is where I also had the most trouble.

My Grandma used to make them for us all the time. I have her pan too but could never flip them correctly.

@PatsyNip Wow, that's what I did, by accident! I made my first batch for dessert and had so much batter I put half of it in the refrigerator. I made the rest for breakfast! @Kossamu I see why Findus loves them, along with all other Swedish folk. They are lovely, light and not too sweet. ❣️❣️❣️Thank you so much! I wish we were neighbors too and I could learn so much about Sweden, cooking, knitting, and bird feeding!

I found a special cast-iron pan with little circular depressions, it's only $17 at Amazon so I placed an order. ❣️❣️❣️

Especially if you are using sourdough.

You have to let the batter sit overnight to get the right results.
