Happy Weekend to ALL!

LOL Marilyn. This reminds me of when my hubby and I were on holiday 1995 on the Canary Island Lanzarote. We often went out for dinner at a Hard Rock Café on the Boulevard and we had nice contact and conversations with a young waitress. She'd stand at the door and welcomed people and on our last evening I told her we were going home very late that night. I said I was happy to go home as I was homesick. She said she'd understood "you must miss your sons" to which I replied...."No, I don't miss my sons, I miss my CAT!" We had a good laugh, but I'm not sure she'd ever understand! LOL

LOL My sweetie is in a rehabilitation hospital. He is getting better by the day. Silly me, Kitty Kitty does not come first. Although he askes about her and if I have seen her every time we visit.

I think it is wonderful! I saw Kitty Kitty today and spoke to her as I normally do. I was surprised she came forward, sat down and listened to me. She occasionally half-closed her eyes. I think she has had a people family in the past or she would not have sat down to listen to me talk to her. She then stood up and walked back to where she has her three kittens. I will contact our local Cat Association to see what can be done. I would take her in.

Overhere it's a lot cooler today with 17°C. Yesterday around 4 PM we had thunderstorms and hailstorms with the size of small golf balls, lasting some 20 minutes!! Both of Liertje's greenhouses ' roofs got damaged. Many flowers got bashed real hard, but I'm glad most of my plants seem to "bounce back"...fingers crossed this was an one off. I've never in my life seen such large hailstones falling in real life!!!

Haha. That's adorable, Impie! ...and a very good idea!....or maybe feet in a wading pool!! :DD Expecting about 80 this weekend but 90 for Monday. Yikes!

Lucky here, only going to be 29 (84) this weekend. Finally got my front garden in. We had frost last weekend. You just never know this close to the ocean. No storms forecast, but you never really know. Cute picture. Have a nice weekend as well.

Oh, our weekend in sunny New Mexico will be more of the 100 degrees Fahrenheit that we've had all week....ugh. That's 100+ with very low humidity, thus sucking the moisture from whatever plants, leaves, or other things that need it. UGH!

Good plan, Ella, stay cool!!! It's 26°C. overhere with 80% humidity ...bblllgghh.... 5 minutes ago we had a downpour again, it only lasted a few minutes but I feel sorry for my poor plants. They need water but not get bashed by it! Right now the sun shines but in less then an hour there will be thunderstorms and heavy rain coming to us!
