Why are you reporting this puzzle?

The oldest active geocache in the world is just outside the teeny tiny town of Mingo, Kansas. Last year, that cache turned 20, but covid kept the party from happening. No worries this year though. This was the sign in 'sheet' for attendees. It was so pretty and colorful I had to share.
