In the picture, you see a little boy who has been severely burned but is receiving care in the Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) field clinic in Port-au-Prince. Since 2005, MSF runs the only service in Haiti that is specialized in the medical management of severe burns.

That's why I have supported them for years .What they do in those poor countries is truly praiseworthy.
